William Carter of Alta Vista, officiated. Mrs. Jerry Gitch of Fredericksburg, accompanied on the organ by Mrs. Galen Duneman of New Hampton, sang "Asleep In Jesus" and "Behold a Host Arrayed in White." In charge of floral offerings were Mrs. Ed Zipse of New Hampton and Mrs. Albert Carlson of Boyd. Pallbearers were Emil Drewelow, Albert Drewelow, Otto Schulz, John Schulz, Albert Diekmann and Reinhardt Schulz. Burial was in the church cemetery. Perry Funeral Service of New Hampton had charge of arrangements. Mrs. Duenow died at 6:30 Sunday evening, October 28, at the Fredericksburg Rest Home where she had been living for the past five years. Death attributed to complications of advanced age. Mr. and Mrs. Duenow had no children. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. **** The copy of the obituary that I have appears to be hand-typed by one of my relatives.
