Maybe Orville changed his name from his original name of Livingston to Chandler and maybe that is why I can't locate anything on him. Charles Louis Chandler I have as dying in 1952. I am trying to track down any living relatives of the Livingston's such as the ones mentioned. They would be my distant cousins but would like to get to know them. Any information would be of help.
