Hinch was going West on the highway when he went to pass around a tractor which was moving some farm machinery, the vehicles sideswiped and the car rolled over twice in the ditch. Hinch's neck was broken and he was paralyzed from the neck down. Born at Farley, Hinch later moved to Dougherty where he lived for a number of years. He was married to Agnes Cunningham, April 20, 1920. In the Spring of 1943, the family moved to a farm seven miles northwest of Nashua. Surving are his wife and two daughters, Mrs A. Worley of Bristow, and Mrs Francis Ziedler of Rapid City, S. Dak. and one son at home, Pat. Funeral arrangments were incomplete Tuesday morning.
