Robert & Jennie Elliott are still there and Nellie M. is just born. Brothers Thomas, Robert, and Frederick. In 1930 Nellie M. is living at 8114 Maryland Ave, in Chicago with her brother Thomas and she is using her maiden name. Probably a good bet there were no children in the Harvey / Nellie marriage. In the 1930 under marital status there is a character x'd out then S written so probably a D was x'd out. Harvey's second wife in 1930 is Evelyn J. Wood. She is 17 at the time and census indicates she was married when she was 15. They are living at what appears to be 821 West Ave in Cedar Rapids and Evelyn's 18 year old sister Margaret E. is with them. Evelyn and Margaret were born in Iowa. In 1920 they are in Rapids Township, Linn Co at the Home For The Friendless at 519 N. 15th St. in Cedar Rapids. There is no indication of children so as of 1930 it appears Harvey is childless and of course the 1940 census won't be out for awhile. Sincerely, Mike Peterson IAGenWeb Chickasaw
