It appears they lived in Cedar Rapids after that. In 1930 Harvey G. is now married to Evelyn J. and is living in Cedar Rapids, Linn Co. In either case the census does not appear to reflect any children. There are several Nellie Elliotts in 1930 census and a couple Nellie M.'s all born around same time. One possibility is that she is living with a brother Thomas. Did she have a brother Thomas? If you can give me any more clues I may find her in 1930.
