I am doing research on the Frank and Laura Goetch Petersen family. I need help in finding the parents and grandparents of Frank Petersen. I know that Frank was born in 1864 and died in 1928. He is buried in the Durant Cemetery in Cedar Co., Ia. Laura was born 1866 and died in 1924. She is also buried in the Durant Cemetery. Laura died from the injures she recieved in a car accident. They farmed most of their life north of Atalissa, Cedar Co., Ia. and in later years moved to Davenport, IA.
