Pudenz, 71, Rt. 1, Box 190, Rose Creek, Minn., who died Saturday afternoon at his home, will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Rose Creek with Rev. Ruben Spinler officiating. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery. There will be a 7:30 p.m. rosary service this evening at Mayer Funeral Home where friends may call from 4-9 p.m. today and one hour before the service at the church on Tuesday. Walter was born August 12, 1923 in Carroll, Iowa to Albert and Rose (Wiederin) Pudenz. He married Bernice Reising. She preceded him in death on April 21, 1990. He was a retired farmer. Walter is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Lee and Terrance Kueper, Rochester, Janet and Ron Henry, Pine Island; Karen and Harold Schlicter, Kasson; Roseanne and Bob Walerak, Rose Creek; Three sons and daughters-in-law, Dale and Therese Pudenz, West Salem, Wis., Glen and Linda Pudenz, New Lisbon, Wis., Jay and Lisa Pudenz, Rose Creek; 24 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter, four brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul and Mary Jane Pudenz, Windom, Minn, Art and Millie Pudenz, Sun Rise Beach, Mo., Ken and Karen Pudenz, Harrisburg, Mo., Fred and Teresa Pudenz, Dennison, Iowa; Four sisters and brothers-in-law, Thelm and Clem Timmerman, St. Charles, Minn., Marian and Vincent Boes, Lone Rock, Wis., Alice and LuVerne Vonnohomme, Storm Lake, Iowa., Irma and Millo Knobbe, Carroll, Iowa. Casket bearers will be his sons-in-law. Music will be provided by St. Peter's Choir with Joyce Edland organist. The soloist will be Pam Buchanan.
