They were German immigrants and would have used a church with strong German heritage. Also if anyone knows about the families I would appreciate any information. G-grandmother: Mary Agnes Macke born Sept.22, 1870 Oldenburg, Germany Married October 3, 1893 by Rev. Joseph Hellrige to Joseph R. Schwabe born Germany about 1858 died August 12, 1896 Her 2nd husband was August G.Trenkamp (no idea of age) married in Arcadia January of 1899 Five of her eight children were born and baptized in Arcadia.
