In looking through my family page of Adam Welch and Mary Creighton, I find a Benjamin Jerome Welch, born 1 January 1850, in Franklin Co., PA. Married Harriet Lavinia Hudson 24 December 1878 in Illiopolis, IL. Died 17 December 1895 in Illiopolis, IL, Cem Iowa. Benjamin had a sister, Georgeanna, born in Lawrence, KS, March 1861. She married Frank C. Meyers. Adam's will shows a daughter of Benjamin Welch, deceased (as of 1910) by the name of Carrie Schley. Also, an Adam Welch, son of Banjamin Welch, deceased (as of 1910).
