Dec 1878 and living with father Herman Hermsen. The problem I am having is finding where the Frank Hermsen born 5 July 1878 is from. He is surely related to all the other Carroll Co. Hermsens but I haven't found the connection yet! Any info on Carroll Co. Hermsens (I have done a search and read all the previous messages for the Hermsen surname) is much appreciated!
