Lorenz was my gr-gr-grandfather. His son Joseph b:10 aug 1859, d: 10 Oct 1939 married Mary Elizabeth Greteman b: 30 Sep 1869 in Saint Lucas, Iowa d: 23 Sep 1938. Joseph and Mary had 12 children, one of which was Clara Hoffman who was my grandmother. The other children were John E., Ann, Sophia, Frances, Leo, Joseph, Elizabeth, Hilda, Marie, George and Ernest.
