If they attended St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, you might try contacting the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, which replaced the old St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and the old St. Joseph Catholic Church in the late 1960s. I think that the cemetery you might try would be Mount Olivet Cemetery, located on Grant Road going south from U.S. Highway 30 toward Swan Lake State Park. Mount Olivet Cemetery is a large cemetery, it is also accross the road ( West ) from the Carroll Kuemper Football Practice Field. Kuemper High School is Carroll's Catholic high school and is close to the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. I also know of two funeral homes in Carroll. One is the Sharp Funeral Home on the northern part of town and the other is the Twit Funeral Home which is located on the southern part of town. I am not sure who the care taker is of the Mount Olivet Cemetery, but if you try contacting one of the funeral homes maybe they would know. I hope I was of some help to you.
