Since my message in March I have found in the record of Roselle, Carroll County, Iowa marriages at the Chancery here in Sioux City that on Nov.22,1881, John Louis Friedmann and Otilia Ziglin were married. So I have finally determined the date of marriage. There were three children: Fred (baptized "Jos."), born 27 Aug 1882 in Carroll County, Iowa, Anton (baptized "John"), born 17 July 1884 in Carroll, and Peter, born 31 May 1886, also I have in Carroll. I do not have a date of death for Louis Friedmann and I do wish I could find that. As mentioned his widow on 18 Aug1888 married John schwarzmeier in Sioux city and died here on 30 June 1927 and was buried in Calvaary Cemetery in sioux city on July 2, 1927. Any thought as to where I could find Louis Friedman's date of death?? All three children were baptized at Roselle, Carroll county, Iowa.
