    3. I am hoping to contact any descendants of Klaus and Dorothea Struve of Manning Iowa. I believe my g-g-grandmother Katherine (Catharina) Wunderlich Fredericksen was a sister of Dorothea Struve. Catharina Magdalena Wunderlich was born in 1859 in Schweinhusen Schlewig-Holstein, which is the next village over from Delve. She was a daughter of Jurgen Wunderlich and Johanna Catharina Peters. (Dorothea has a different mother, so they might be half sisters?) Catharina and her husband Heinrich/Henry Fredericksen married in April 1882 emigrated to Iowa that August. They lived in the Manning area for approx 10 years before moving on to Boyd County Nebraska where they lived until they died in 1940 and 1944. In Catharina's obituary it states that she had a sister Dora Struve living in Manning. I would love to share what little information I have on the Wunderlich's. Thank you, Rachel A. Hupp, and none have a Robert or Richard listed as sons. However, this book is only the descendants of Philip Hupp, and maybe your George Washington was a descendant of one of the other brothers. I am doing extensive research in an effort to establish Philip as a DAR patriot, so if you could give me a few dates or locations, maybe I can help. Tim's book was still available a year ago. His email was Hupp_Tim@email.msn.com. I will also try to contact him. Carma
