    3. I am forwarding this little piece of information. I found it very useful for my own research. -Teresa Hello everyone, I have found a site well worth looking at concerning IGI parish records. Usually the surnames are in alphabetic order so it is a good way to find several members of one family. It is on http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~hughwallis/IGIBatchNumbers.htm Best wishes, Gillian.

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Fk.2ADI/445.2.1.1.1.1.1.1.1 Message Board Post: Cornelia is a fairly uncommon name, now-a little more common in the late 1800's as there was a victorian book put out with that name for the heroine. I noted, when I first married, that there were several contemporary Cornelia Warners so I made sure that my maiden name is on record to keep from any confusion. this comes from the experience in my family of two women (only one of them in my family) with the same name teaching in the same school precinct getting their paychecks deposited in only one of their accounts...so I presume they were also with the same bank, I never asked about that. I went to several schools as we moved around and never ran into another Cornelia, though there was a Cornelius, a tall black male, for a short period at one school. when I worked at a chain I once picked up the phone to take an incoming call and got another Cornelia at the other chain in the next town. otherwise, I don't run into the name much at all.

They originated in the counties of Cambridge and Essex, England. anything sound familiar? of course, the migration root I just gave you is my late husband's direct line, the Warner's migrated quite extensively through-out America and I know one branch went into Canada.
