    3. I am looking for information on Howard, Lois and Helen Allen, all siblings. They lived in East Waterloo township at least during the 1930 census. Howard was 14, Lois was 13, and Helen was 9 at the time of the census, and were all born in Iowa. Their parents were Earl and Pearl Allen, ages 52 and 42, which would make their birth years 1878 and 1888 respectively. I have really hit a brick wall here, so any information at all would be appreciated. Thanks! Angela
