    3. Does anyone know where I might look for two two births records for Cedar Falls? I'm looking for birth info for my grandfather William J. Egloff (b. 25 Jan 1863) and his sister Minnie Egloff (b. 11 Nov 1861). >From my Internet searches I've concluded the civil records do not exist. If I am wrong, please advise. Parents were Catholics.
