I've "rescued" an old photograph identified as "The BLOUGH Family" which was taken at the M.J. Fritz Studio in Waterloo, Iowa. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1890's with the parents looking to be in their 30's to 40's at the time. The family includes 4 children, the oldest a girl about 12 years old, then a boy about 11, a girl (I think) about 8-9 years old, and the youngest a girl about 4 years old. I'm hoping to locate someone from this BLOUGH Family so that the photograph can be returned to its rightful place with family.
