Is there someone out there in Allamakee-List land who is willing to transcribe a list of Allamakee marriages to be posted on the Allamakee web-site? The list is: First Marriages Allamakee County, Iowa 1849-1860. It is 4 single-spaced pages long. I estimate that a good typist could complete all 4 pages in an hour or less and a typist of my caliber (not so great) in about 2 hours give or take a bit.
