Jeanne-- I am sure that it is not available. Not even sure it ever was. Look to the best library locally and check the catalog, or go to a state university library near you and ask them to request it from the Berkeley library. The author was a professor there and they are very likely to have a copy for interlibrary loan. We have a Patrick Cahalan family tree book at our local genealogy department at the Allamakee County Museum. Don't know if this is the one you are looking for.
