A passing motor vehicle discovered a vehicle parked on the roadway with the engine running. Inside the parked vehicle was Edward Frank Zezulka, 28, of Dorchester, who had apparently been asphyxiated. He was taken by New Albin ambulance to the Waukon hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. An investigation is continuing by the sheriff's department.
