Im­hoff, 58, of, La Crescent, MN, died Thursday, April 13, 1989, in St. Francis Medical Center, La ­Crosse, WI. He was born Aug. 3, 1930 in New Albin to Ignatious and Julia (Sheehan) Imhoff. He married Pa­tricia Ryan Dec. 29, 1956 in New Albin. He was vice presi­dent and general manager of Lumbermen's Service, later called Amerhart Ltd., in La Crosse from 1959 to 1988. He served with the Navy in the Korean War, was a member of Gittens-Leidel Ameri­can Legion Post 595 La Crescent and the Knights of Columbus Council 5115, La Crescent. Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Joan Imhoff of La Crosse, WI, Patrice Imhoff of Bloomington, MN and Jane Im­hoff, at home; two sons, Jeff of Rochester, MN and Greg of Onalaska, WI; a grandson; two sis­ters, Ruth Mark and Phyllis Hei­derscheit, both of New Albin, IA; three brothers, Edmund of Corpus Christi, TX, Vincent of Des Moines, IA and Robert of New Albin, IA. He was preceded in death by a son, a sister and two brothers. Services were held at 1 :30 P.M. Saturday in the Schumach­er-Kish Funeral Home, La Cres­cent and at 2 P.M., in the Church of the Crucifixion, La Crescent. The Rev. Donald Grubisch offi­ciated and burial, with military rites by Gittens Leidel American Legion Post 596, was in the Pine Creek Cemetery. Source: La Crosse Tribune, La Crosse, WI
