I know his mother was Elizabeth Novak and his father I believe was Elmer. Chester was an engineer on the railroad. I am trying to trace his side of the family. If anyone knows or has any information on him or the family it would be welcomed. My father is Richard. There were 4 children to Chester and his wife Margaret (Hicks). The children were: William, Shirley, Marie, and Richard. Chester passed away in 1966 and his wife passed on in 1981.
