Daughter of Edward Philipps/Phipps Hyde and Eliza (Butler). Unable to find Mary Ann in census, until she married Alfred West in Prittlewell in Essex 1882. Unable to find traces of Edward & Eliza's marriage or a birth of Edward Phillips Hyde. Family doc's that I have state Edward's father was called John. Any info greatly received, to stop me going round in circles!
