Rachel Syvilla was my great grandmother. My Aunt Lureen and I have been trying to find some information regarding Syvilla's mother Rachel Tubbs Hutchcraft 1854-1902 who was married to John James etc. Aunt Lureen says Rachel Tubbs was a full blood Cherokee and that she came from Arkansas. Do you know anything about her or do you know who might? Apparently she lived in White County IL when Syvilla was born. and is buried in Macedonia Cemetary. No mention anywhere of who her parents were. I would appreciate any information or even a hint as to where to look. Thanks so much. Always nice to meet another cousin. Vickie
