IL and is buried at Zion cemetery Luther L. son of Alexander and Sarah Jane (Barbre) Hutchcraft was b. May 1, 1887 in Macedonia, Hamilton Co. IL> married Dec 6, 1908 Eva,Effie Boster-daughter of James S and Sarah (Gibbbs) Boster. Luther d.Jan, 1963 in Lincoln, Logan Co. IL and is buried in Harmony Cemetery located near Beason, Logan Co. IL> Eva,Effie died April 7, 1930 Alexander son of Harrison SR and Mary Ann "Waccababa" Rhodes was born May 1, 1851 in Macedonia, Hamilton Co. IL and married Sept 15, 1868, Sarah Jane Barbre, daughter of Adam and Elizabeth Delaney ()Barbre who was born Feb 4, 1851 in Carmi, White Co. IL> Alexander d. March 11, 1894 in Macedonia, Hamilton Co.IL.and is buried there. Sarah Jane died June 25,1917 in Akin/Macedonia, Hamilton co. IL and is buried in Macedonia. Sarah Jane had a second marriage to a C C Biggs. This brings us to my g g grandfather and my brick wall. Harrison Hutchcraft Sr. was b. 1815/1816 in KY/IL and married 1836 Mary Ann "Waccababa" Rhodes who was born 1824 in KY/NC..He died Nov 6, 1864 in Carmi. White Co. IL.We do not have names of parents or siblings of Harrison Hutchcraft Sr. or Mary Ann Rhodes. Mary Ann was a midwife in several counties including White and Hamilton Co. Am wondering if her nick name indicates that she was Native American? Not sure when she died but she lived into the early 1900's I think we have names of the children of Harrison Sr, Alexander, Luther and of course my father, Denzil.
