You are researching the Cherokee named Benge and the Watts. Are you connected to the Jenny Wiley, Webb, and Watts families that ended up in Wayne County, WV? If so, please write back. My husband's family is related and I have a question about Benge. Thanks, Sara >> Hi, Sara, Well, I really don't know as the WATTS simply enter into my LOTT - LIGHTFOOT lineage with a marriage of Elizabeth LOTT to a WATTS. She was the sister of my maternal 3rd great grandmother, Frances Lucretia "Patsy" LOTT, born: abt. 1802 in Alabama. The family was previously in Georgia from Isle of Wight Co., VA in the 1600's. They were in Old Spanish Florida during the Revolutionary War and further into Mississippi and then Winn Parish, Louisiana. The BENGE's were out of VA also. Bellinda
