One abstract is from "Abstract of North Carolina Wills Compiled from Original and Recorded Wills in the Office of the Secretary of State", J. Bryan Grimes, page 177, the other is from "The North Carolina Historical and Genealogical Register", J. R. B. Hathaway, 1979, page 48. Both are a little bit different. Comparison of the two and additionalresearch has led me to believe that "Labbeus" may be Lebbens and that "Lillah" is Zillar. Do you have a source for William (the weaver) as father of Nicholas? I've found several early William Hunters, but the only will I found record of is one made 29 April 1720 recorded in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, 29 July 1720 which names wife Elizabeth; daughters Mary, Ann, Martha; brother James.
