Hi All, I haven't posted to the list in quite some time. I just recently jumped a small hurdle in my quest for HUNTER information. Thanks to the wonderful suggestions from people on this list I was able to finally get some information on the family of WILLIAM F. HUNTER. His parents were: WILLIAM HUNTER b.1762 in Ireland d.11/4/1848 in Warren Co., Ohio married in 1795 Ireland to MARY FULTON b. 11/6/1773 Ireland d.7/24/1847 Warren Co., Ohio I was so happy to get this information and now I'm eager to move on. I know that William and Hunter are both probably very common names in Ireland, but can anyone give me a place to start?? I have sent out an inquiry to try to locate where in Ireland they came from. Would ship records be a good place to start? ( there are so many, I'm not sure where TO start!) Any help would be most appreciated.
