Hi Everyone, I am looking for information on John J. REAVES born abt. 1826 in Georgia. He married Rebecca HUNTER born in 1827 in GA. They were married in 1844 in Carroll County, GA. They are listed on the 1850 Carroll County, GA. living with them is Rebecca's brother William HUNTER born abt. 1828 in GA., he married Mary Ann MORRIS. By 1860 they were all in Randolph County, AL. Rebecca and William's mother was Sarah "Sallie" (maiden name unknown). Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated. I am also looking for S.B. JORDON. He is listed on the 1850 Franklin County, GA Census living with Enoch SMITH and Permelia _______ SMITH in District 32, Franklin County, Georgia. I can't find him on the 1860 census. He is listed on the 1870 Randolph County, AL. Census. He has a wife Elizabeth and children: Mary Ann, James, Synthia, Charles and Annie. On the 1880 Randolph County, AL. he is listed with a wife Mary R. and children: James, Synthia, Charles, Annie and Sarah. I would appreciate any help on these families.
