Charles A. Hunter says: "If there is any interest here ,please respond.Please!" about his family in Chester Co., PA. I guess it's time again to put in mine. Gggf William Hunter, b. 1780, Franklin Co., PA. His inlaws were Irwins. His first wife was a "Miss Ray", md in 1808 in Franklin Co., moved to Mt. Pleasant in Westmoreland Co., and she died in 1824. They had Eleanor, Elizabeth, Martha and William R. Gggf William then remarried, Jane McCrelias, b. 1800 in Ireland, md in 1826. Children -Mary, Isabelle, Rachel, Anna all born in Mt. Pleasant, then they moved to Ashland Co., OH, and Thomas S. was born there in 1839. I really would like to connect William to ONE of the many Hunter families floating around at that time. Dad used to think they came from Ireland, but that could be because of his ggm Jane's birth there. Any new information out there? Charles? Ted
