Guess it's time to throw my family into the mix again! My gggf, William Irwin Hunter, son of Elizabeth Irwin and grandson of William Irwin, was b. 1780 in Franklin Co., PA. Don't know his father or gf. Would like to! William md. "Miss Ray" in 1808, Franklin Co., PA. Moved to Mt. Pleasant, Westmoreland Co., PA, and had 3 dau. and 1 son, William R. (Ray?). "Miss Ray" then died, and William remarried Jane McCrelias (b. 1800, Ireland). They had 4 dau. while living in Mt. Pleasant. They then moved to Ashland, OH, and had 1 son and 2 dau. there. After William's son by Jane McCrelias, each generation had any number of dau., but only one son each for the next 3 generations (I'm the 3rd), and then no more sons in my line. I am fairly complete from William forward; however... siblings, parents, etc. backward have presented a major "brick wall" (one of our favorite terms!) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Ted
