I am trying to locate descendants of my long-lost uncle, J. Walter Hunter. He was born in June of 1882, according to the 1900 Census of Abbeville County, South Carolina, where our family originated. As the story goes, he left the family and was never heard from again. Now that my youngest and last aunt has passed away, I feel that it is time for me to find him or at least his offspring. D. A.
