    1. [HUNTER-L] Malinda Hunter Lynch born 1810 TN
    2. Malinda was the daughter of Henry HUNTER and Barbara BOLLINGER. Malinda was born c 1810 Claiborne Co TN, and she married Chaney LYNCH there. He died before her. I have been told she died 23 sept 1881, but have not been able to find her on any 1880 census record in TN. Many of her children moved from Claiborne Co TN to Union Co TN after 1860 census. One son moved to KY. Does anyone have her on 1880 census? (I am particularly interested in her mother's place of birth.) Does anyone know for sure when/where she died?? Any help appreciated! Solveig Berry PS. I will probably only stay on the HUNTER list for a few weeks. (My main interest is the BOLLINGER side.) Please send any answers to this query after that directly to me.

    3. Solveig, Malinda Hunter Lynch probably was in Speedwell in the 1880 Census since I show here dying there the next year. Her death date was 23 Sep 1881. Barbara Bollinger Hunter was born in 1769 in York, PA. You are probably aware that Malinda and Chaney's son Sterling Lynch married Lucinda Hunter, daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Moyers Hunter. I have Barbara's parents and grand parents. I also have good data on Barbara's two siblings and her brother's descendants. Hope this helps. Most of the data both back and forward is in the data base that the John Hunter Family has put together. Our third Family Reunion will be in July in Johnson City. John Hunter was the father of Henry Hunter, Malinda's father. Much of our data is online off www.4udesigns.com . Also off that site is a website about our last (2nd) reunion. 3. Flora, My Hamiltons came from Ulster, Ireland in the mid 1700's and settled in Lancaster County, PA then moved west to Jefferson County OH. The Hunters came from Tyrone and settled in Jefferson County, OH in the early 1790's. I haven't found any links to Perry County but some may have gone west to Indiania. I will look and post if I find some.
