    3. I just tried to send this information through a attachment but it didn't work so here it is again. Tara Hunt-Rainier Record of Deeds recieved by Reba G. Thomas Register of Deeds, Chathum Co. 30 Dec 2002 This indenture made the sixth of February in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred & seven between James Demare of the one part Archibald Hunt of the other part. Both of the state of North Carolina and county of Chathum. Witneseth that the said James Demore has sold & conveyed unto Archibald Hunt fifty acres of land in the County aforesaid on the waters of Rocky Rivers for the sum of fifty pounds the recipt whereof is hereby acknoulegd and he the said James Demore fully satisfy bounded & ?balted/batted? as fellows to wit beginning at an ash at the mouth of the big branch running up said branch sixty poles to a sassafras in said branch thence south in such a course an to include the Mouses of said Hunt & the field at the mouth of Rockey River thence up said river to the first station be the same more or less to have and to hold the aforesaid premises free and clear from the claim of any person or persons and the said James Demore doth warrant and forever defend the aforesaid land of premises from him his heirs or assigns to the aforesaid Archibald Hunt to him his heirs and assigns he the said Hunt paying all Tresses that may or hereafter acrew and bear the same James Demore Harmless from all such.
