Nancy was used for the name(s): Anne, Anna, Ana, Anette, Anita, Nina, Ninon, Nita, Annette, Nanette and possibly some few others as well. I would consider 'Sarah Anne' to be her most likely name. She could have been called 'Sally' as easily as 'Nancy'. Rob Lewis
