Hello, I am looking for information on a Hunt family that lived in Ashland Co-Richland Co area of Ohio. The mother's name was Elizabeth and she had at least two children Ellen (Ellan) Ann and Robert Hunt. Ellen married Gideon Macumber. Ellen was born in Feb 1857 in Ohio according to census records. It also said that her parents were both born in Ohio. Ellen was my ggrandmother but I have no information on her other than her children and their descendants. I am interested in finding her parents and any other ancestors of her. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Ellen passed away in Elkhart, Indiana in 1928. I have heard stories of a Gertrude Hunt that was somehow related to her. Gertrude was a member of the Dunkard faith. That is the full extent of my knowledge on her. Thanks for your help.
