I did some work on this line in McMinn County. One census has Brittian and the following census has Grandison. The work I did is posted at Ancestry.com under Hunt. I believe this Jessie went west and had a son I believe is Benjamin. The family bounced aroudn a bit during the Civil War. -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: "CHUCKJOYGENE" <chuckjoygene@ca.rr.com> >> > NOTE TO ALLEN: In our records/notes, Clara Hunt Miller said that the B. > Grandison Hunt "might be Brittian." It has been a long time since I tried to go to Ancestory.com and check out anything. If I remember correctly, you can not get into the databases unless you pay a monthly fee. Is that still correct? If it is, this is why I never gave my database to them. I do not like the idea of a web site company gathering all this data, and then charging people to look at it. If I am wrong, please straighten me out. Thanks in advance. Allen/The 14
