Mary V. Hunt, born about 1871. The "V" may stand for the name "Viddler", but there's no other information on this possibility, just the memory of a couple of comments made in passing over 30 years ago about that being a family name. I have been told that as per the 1920 Census, she was living with her husband, Russell, in Hempstead, Nassau, New York with his wife and daughter (& son, too?) . The census also says that she was born in NY as were her father and her mother - we can neither prove nor disprove this. I believe she died somewhere around 1930 -- she was a widow at the time. Mary & Russell had 1 son and 2 daughters. Information on her husband Russell's family is known, but we know nothing about Mary V. Hunt or her family. Thank you. Joanne - -
