Jan, There are Hunts of American and/or British ancestry all over the world... I am a Belgian citizen residing in Brazil. Over the course of the past 4 centuries, my Hunt ancestors lived successively in Britain, America (VA>KY>MO), France and Belgium. I descend from Julius Hunt, Yeoman, born in Stepney, Middlesex in 1724 and victim of arbitrary deportation to America in 1743. I belong to the E3b haplogroup. My reference on Ysearch is XEQWS.
