Would anyone have information on the following Hunts in Hillsdale, Columbia Co. NY? Benson A. HUNT died Jan 3, 1891 aged 82 years therefore born about 1808 /1809 In 1870 Eleanor HUNT was living with the above Benson A. HUNT and Napoleon BENEDICT, age 18. In the 1880 census Napoleon Benedict, is listed as Benson A. Hunt's nephew. Eleanor HUNT died Oct. 13 1871 aged 92 years which would put her birth about 1779. Benson A. HUNT died Jan 9, 1842 aged 42 yr. 2m 4 days. This would make his birth date Nov 5 1799 Hannah HUNT, wife of Isaac BENEDICT, died May 26, 1836 aged 36 yrs which would make her year of birth about 1800. I am most interested in the names of the parents of the two Benson A. HUNT and would like to find out what the middle name was. I suspect Eleanor was the mother of the Benson A HUNT she was living with in 1870 and likely Hannah HUNT BENEDICT. Any assistance would be much appreciated! Cheers, Anna Kinley
