I am looking for information on Stephen HUNT, son of John HUNT of Pulaski Co., KY. Stephen was born @ 1804 in Pulaski Co., KY and md. Nancy Wallis THURMAN in 1822. The 1830 census for Pulaski Co. shows Stephen and 4 daughters along with his wife. I have not found Stephen in any later census records in KY or any surrounding states. John HUNT, the father of Stephen, also had another son named John HUNT Jr. who md. Polly Gill in 1826 and later Rachel Meece in 1834. Both marriages were in Pulaski Co. where John remained thru at least the 1850 census. I haven't searched later census records for Pulaski Co. yet to see if he remained there. Another son is possibly Daniel HUNT who is enumerated on the same page in the 1830 census. John HUNT Sr. according to the 1820 and 1830 census records was born bet. 1761-1770 and maybe the John HUNT who md. Rhoda CHANEY in 1804 in Pulaski Co. as this date would be in line with the ages of the above 3 children of John HUNT Sr. Any info is appreciated. Kent Wellington KentWell@aol.com
