I have subscribed for about 1 month now and "lurked" only because I feel like I have so little information on my Hunts, that I've been afraid to post it. Well, since I have been encouraged to do so, here it is: Martha A. HUNT, b. 5 Apr 1806 in Pennsylvania (do not know what part of PA) and died 17 Aug, 1840 in Muncy, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She married David HILL (b. 30 Aug 30 1801, d. 6 May 1877). They were married 29 Jun 1828 in Muncy. Martha and David are buried in the "Old Hill Cemetary" in Lycoming County, PA. Martha and David had six children: Amos b. 23 Apr 1829; Elizabeth b. 30 Dec 1830; Francis b. 1 Jan 1833; Jerry b. 1 Nov. 1834; David Oliver b. 15 Nov 1836; George Treon b. 17 Feb. 1839. The only information I have on Martha's parents is that her fathers name is Absalom HUNT and her mother's name is Elizabeth (?). I do not know any other information on Absalom or Elizabeth.
