A correspondent Linda Sawyer sent me this: " I have been trying for nearly thirty years to pin Emily HUNT down, to no avail. The only clues I have been able to glean are the names of her children: Henry Peter,Rachel, Vining,Letticia,James,John and Delbert. There also appears to be some sort of connection to the Annis family." This is possibly a QUEBEC family. I have run this through 1700-1850 in the northeast states and Canada but find nothing. There is not much to go on. Sort of like the five year hunt we did for ABSOLOM of Canada who died under a bandsaw in his lumber mill in Montreal. We did find him finally. I have been through all of Mitchell Hunt's stuff and find he was looking for the same person without luck. My thought on seeing that is if he couldn't find them neither can I--but he couldn't find ABSOLOM either and we finally did thanks to computers. Anyway if you recognize any of the names above from the northeastern US or Canada please let me know. Sandy in Lubbock.
