I am seeking to trace Revolutionary War Continental Line soldier Jacob Hunt who enlisted New Jersey in 1776. His pension records from the National Archives state in a deposition given by his sister in law, Martha Dalany, that at the time of the war, he lived in Readington, Hunterdon Co. NJ. Sometime after the war he moved to Fayette Co. Pa. Again, pension records state that he was married to Ann or Nancy Davis, born 1754, and there were children Daniel, b. 1774; Sarah, b. 1776; Caty, b. ?; Elizabeth, b. 1782; Alchy, b. 1784; and Anne b. 1787.
