Joshua Hunt (1759 - 3 Mar 1814) married Elizabeth Whittlesey (1759 - 1823) about 1787 in Newberry, Caledonia County, Vermont. Joshua was the son of Daniel Hunt (12 Apr 1723 - 1807) and Mary Trussell (12 Oct 1721 - 1795). They are all buried in Ryegate, Vermont. I believe that Elizabeth was the daughter of Josiah Whittlesey (17 Feb 1714 - Mar 1796) and Elizabeth Jackson. Josiah was born in Wethersfield, Hartford County, Connecticut and died at Haverhill, Grafton County, New Hampshire. I think that Elizabeth was born at Bethlem, Hartford County, Connecticut. I'm looking for proof of relationship of Elizabeth and Josiah. Joshua and Elizabeth were parents of Eli Hunt (28 Jul 1797 - 18 Jan 1880)- my great great grandfather. Scott Baker
