(1) ----------------------------------- Kilty, Patrick born March 16, 1859 in Kilmurray, Co. Clare of Patrick Kilty and Mary Purtill, married July 26, 1910 to Winifred Hunt born April 3, 1880 in Killanaha, Co. Mayo of Martin Hunt and Anna Benson, witnesses : Patrick Kilty and Katherine Benson (9) ----------------------------------- Quigley, John born 1821 in Co. Tipperary, probably the parish of Castletownarra, married Honora Cooney, and emigrated in the year 1849 to Chicago, where he was engaged all his life in the blacksmith trade on the west side of Chicago. His first shop was on Randolph street near Canal, in partnership with Edward Kerwin, and later with William Hunt on west Madison near Desplaines. He was said to be a near relative of Archbishop Quigley. He and his wife, had eleven children; six of whom left descendants: namely, Mrs. Honora Mackey, Mrs. Margaret Conroy, Mrs. Mary Canty, Mrs. Ellen Solon, Mrs. Frances Schaefer, and Edward C. Quigley. He was a member of the Montgomery Guards, an Irish military organization, and acquired a considerable sum of property prior to his death on Jan. 7, 1898. His wife preceeded him in death by four years. ----------------------------------- Barry, John of Louisburgh, Mayo of Michael Barry and Maggie Durkin married on Oct. 4, 1911 to Catherine Hunt of Ballyhaunis, Mayo of Patrick Hunt and Mary Finnegan (6) ----------------------------------- Barry, Martin J., an employee of Hunt Bros. Hardware Store this city, and residing at 746 W. Superior st., recently made a visit to Ireland. He met with a splendid reception in his native town of Westport, Co.
