I don't know if your Florida Hunts are related to mine or not however, it's probably likely. My Great-Grandmother was Gertrude Hunt who was the daughter of W.H. Hunt (I don't have a first name)he was born appromimatly 1837 in South Carolina. My Great-Grandmother was born in 1868 in Cedar Key (Levy County) Florida. They are shown living there in the 1870 Census W.H. Hunt, wife Malona, Gertrude (my Great Grandmother) & son Mead. I lose track of the family after that, however, my Great-grandmother married in Fernandina Beach (Nassau County) Florida.
