Brian, You can always email the seller for more photos for proof, which is what I do. Don't discurage those or yourself that may have a chance to get their family history unless you know for sure. Always look at the sellers 'feedback rating" I have bought old family history items on ebay for 3 years now, and have never once had a problem with family history book "scams." Mainly because I get on the message board and ask about the book before I purchase or bid, it helps! Although, I have seen the ones that talk mainly of the 'SURNAME" other than what they say is family history.. I do not think they made them back then, at least I have never seen any that is dated 1930. Look at the sellers feedback,That is what the feedbacks are for. A scammer would not have great feedback.
