    1. Re: [HUNT-L] Thomas HUNT, b.Abt.1720--d.1791 Franklin Co. NC
    2. Jerry, Sandy et al: I need to explain that the notations about "Andrea I and II" are from my and Clara's PERSONAL notes. This is how we (just between the two of us and Bill Hunt of Fairport, NY) have referred to a packet of Andrea's notes that we have put together for our personal use. There is really NO SUCH THING as Andrea I and II. I'm sorry to confuse all of you on this. Andrea's neice had his papers and rented them out to persons who wished to copy them. Clara and Bill and I did this. She has since died and I do not know who has the written notes. His works on many families are available on microfilm at the South Caroliniana Library at the Univ. of SC in Columbia, SC. Jerry---your post is intriguing, but I think there are two different families here. Frankly, I am mixed up. I'll look it over. The "Susannah" stirs me up, but probably shouldn't. The proposed "father of the 14" (my proposal) is Thomas of Bedford Co., Va (later became Franklin Co. in 1786) whose wife was "Ann". Could this be short for Susannah? Hmmmm. But I do not know of a connection with NC. Hmmmm again!
